A quick reminder that next Sunday (one week from today) the Elegance in Bridal Show comes to the Omni Charlottesville. It’s a great opportunity to meet up with lots of wedding professionals all in one place: photographers, caterers, planners and more.

The Omni Charlottesville is centrally located at 235 West Main St. All-day parking is $3.

Advance registration is $7 here, or $10 at the door.

The Details: a fashion show combining gowns from weddings past with gowns of today, as models step down the Grand Staircase and onto a runway across the floor of the magnificent Rotunda.

That’s right 2, count ‘em 2, bridal shows right here in lil’ ol’ C-ville… A great opportunity to check out lots of fabulous wedding professionals in a few short hours. A few people have asked me, “which show should I go to”? My answer is… BOTH! Make a plan… stay focused and visit them both. It’s a great opportunity and here are the details:

The Charlottesville Wedding Classic will be held at the beautiful, new Boar’s Head Pavilion.

The Elegance in Bridal show will be held downtown at The Omni Charlottesville.

I’ll be strolling around both shows taking pictures for the blog… be sure to stop and say “hi!” see you tomorrow!!

Chances are if you are reading this blog you are planning a wedding in the Charlottesville area … If that’s the case then you are most definitely in luck because coming up in just less than 3 weeks are 2 wonderful bridal shows right here in the Ville.  So, mark Sunday, January 23rd in your date book and be sure to catch them both:
